Q: How are you able to sell these vacation packages at such a large discount?
A: Hotels need to maintain at least a 70% occupancy rate or they will lose revenue due to operating costs. By filling rooms, even at significantly lower rates, they keep these costs in check. These additional customers also help to increase revenue for the Hotel by purchasing products and services ( room service, restaurants, boutiques, gifts, etc.) during their stay. Therefore we need to fill rooms at almost any cost!

Q: Once I purchase the $59.95 vacation, when can I use it?
A: Your vacation is good for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase. You do not need to set a travel date today. You may call our toll-free customer service number after you purchase your package and we will be more than happy to help you book your travel dates.

Q: Do I have to attend a presentation?
A: Yes, the promotional package is offered to you with your commitment to attend a 90 minute presentation between the time you check-in and check-out of the hotel. Remember though that you are not required to buy, purchase or join anything!

Q: What happens if I don’t go to the presentation?
A: Failure to attend and complete the sales presentation would cause you to be charged the hotel’s prevailing daily rate.

Q: Will I be given the “hard sell” at the presentation?
A: No. In fact, vacation companies have come a long way from the “hard sell” days. Research has shown that buyers do not respond favorably to this tactic. As a result, the process has evolved into a fun, festive experience without the pressure you would expect. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Q: Am I obligated to purchase anything?
A: You are not obligated to buy or join anything! If you like what you see, feel free to ask more questions. After the presentation, enjoy the rest of your vacation!

Q: Can I bring the kids or request special needs?
A: Yes. You may require roll-away beds for the kids

(2 children + 2 adults per room max). You may require wheelchair access, special dietary meals, or any other special request will be considered.
*Special blackout dates such as 4th of July, Valentines Day, New Years Eve are excluded from these deals.

Q: Complimentary Gifts sound great but what's the catch?
A: There is no catch. In exchange for a little of your time we compensate you with the complimentary gift.

Q: How much is "a little bit of my time"?
A: Approx. 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Q: What goes on during this 1 1/2 to 2 hours?
A: You will view a presentation regarding various vacation resorts, vacation plan ownership and travel destination packages.

Q: Am I required to buy or join anything in order to get my complimentary gift?
A: No. You do not have to buy or join anything. However, you are required to attend and sit through the entire presentation.

Q: What happens if I leave the presentation early?
A: If you choose to leave the presentation before it is completed, you will not be eligible to receive your complimentary gift.
