PST (excluding major holidays), to answer any and all questions that you may have. 3) PREMIER LISTING: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PREMIER LISTING and wish to upgrade, please call customer service at (888)-981-8733. PREMIER LISTING ONLY: As a Premier Listing, you receive a front page listing for 60 days. The Premier listing highlights your Property on the front page for greater exposure. After 60 days on the front page, your Property listing will be transferred from the front page and then be advertised as a basic listing. 4) PRICE MATCH LISTING: We guarantee that if your timeshare sells by a bona fide sale during advertising by us, either by the owner or another party at the original requested price of the owner on the signed listing contract, that the listing advertisement fee for the price-match guarantee will receive a full refund. Owner acknowledges price-match guarantee starts only with a return signed contract. 5) SUPER STAR PROGRAM: We guarantee that if your timeshare does not sell after 10 months, you contact us in writing, and we will make you a market price offer for the purchase of the timeshare you listed with us. Market price means what a similar Timeshare most recently sold for on the current resale market. Clients pay all resort transfer fees, if any. All outstanding loans and maintenance fees needs to be paid off. 6) DUMP OR DONATE PROGRAM: We guarantee that you will be out of your timeshare in 8-12 weeks¹ and you will not have to pay any more maintenance fees. Our service is fast & reliable, our customer service is knowledgeable & helpful, we use industry-wide contacts, and there are no hidden fees. ¹ Completion of ownership transfer within 8-12 weeks is dependent upon you, as the client, giving us all the timeshare documents you have for us to do the transfer out of your name. 7) We guarantee to list your property on the World Wide Web, featuring your property in descriptive details and a full color photograph, and to market your property through multiple streams of advertising, including national newspapers such as USA Today, as well as television commercials.
