description and pricing of the unit. The distribution is for your benefit
in the sale or rental of your time-share or condo property. Your information

BY OWNER" advertisement. Accordingly, the information you provide about
yourself and your property is only used for its intended purpose, to
serve your needs.
Vacation Tree Authorization Policy
Should you desire to purchase goods and/or services, you acknowledge
that Vacation Tree has provided you with oral authorization for payment
that clearly demonstrates the you have received each of the following
pieces of information: the number of debits, charges or payments, the
date of the debits, charges, or payments, the amount of the debits charges
or payments, the customer name, the customer billing address, a telephone
number that is answered during normal business hours by someone who
can answer your question and the date of your oral authorization.
Vacation Tree Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information
Vacation Tree uses your personally identifiable information within Vacation Tree
internal organization and shares, loans and/or rents your personally

greatly improves the chances of a buyer noticing your property. www.VacationTree.com
therefore cannot generally offer refunds of reasonable Listing fees. Our proof
of service is your detailed property Listing as it appears on (www.VacationTree.com).

adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds and/or
chargebacks of Listing fees:
1. www.VacationTree.com
will not provide any refund, for any reason, if www.VacationTree.com
receives the request for refund more than 3 business days after the client has
completed the telephonic verification evidenced by the time/date stamp of the
aforementioned telephonic verification. If the client contacts us after 3 business days, we will correct any mistakes in the Listing and make any other
reasonable changes to the Listing that are requested by the client, but we cannot
offer a refund.
2. All cancellation requests must be submitted by USPS (US Postal) and postmarked by the allotted date.
Chargeback Policy:
Chargebacks on Credit Cards for Listing services provided
will be defended if, in the opinion of www.VacationTree.com
the chargeback is not justified.
Our proof of service is your detailed property Listing as it
appears on (www.VacationTree.com).
You, the Listing client, acknowledge and specifically agree that chargebacks are unlawful if www.VacationTree.com has provided Listing services for your property or properties. www.VacationTree.com will use this document to dispute your chargeback with your bank and our processing company.
If a customer has a billing dispute with www.VacationTree.com, the customer should settle such dispute with www.VacationTree.com directly without initiating any chargeback procedures.
In the event of a Chargeback being raised, www.VacationTree.com may, at our sole discretion, provide all relevant information to a 3rd party for the purposes of recovering the debt, or for the pursuit of civil proceedings.

Governing Law; Arbitration
