ONLINE ENTRY: To enter online at http://www.VacationTree.com you must register by supplying your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and certain personal, financial and demographic information.  Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account provided when entry is made. Upon becoming a registered entrant, you will receive one (1) entry.  Registrations are limited to one (1) per household per calendar year. All registered entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

By participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.  This giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States.  Void where prohibited.  Gift recipients agree that VacationTree LLC., its affiliates, and their agencies shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.                   

PRIZE: If your registration is randomly chosen at the next drawing you win the Annual Prize described below. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 5,000,000. The Build Your Dream Vacation Grand Prize will be selected on December 15th at 1 PM Pacific Standard Time. The Grand Prize is valued at, and is not to exceed, $3,999.00. The Prize may include hotel or resorts accommodations at your choice of any pre-approved sponsor destinations and airfare, rental car vouchers, excursion and/or attraction tickets, and cash in the from of United States currency.

PRIZE AWARDING: An independent accounting firm whose decisions are final on matters relating to the giveaway offered at www.VacationTree.com shall be the judge of all giveaway drawings.  Gift recipients will be notified by telephone, e-mail or postal mail.  Grand Prize recipients will each be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within 14 days of notification.  Failure to return documents as specified, or if a prize notification is undeliverable, will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative combination will be randomly chosen for the Grand Prize, and an alternative entry will be randomly chosen for the Second Prize.  Any prize awarded must be claimed within thirty (30) days or an alternative combination or entry will be selected.
