By pursuing the usage of VacationTree, a recommendation originating from VacationTree, an on-line sweepstakes originating VacationTree, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

DEFINITIONS: The term "You” and “Yours" shall mean a person who uses VacationTree's on-line directory, online vacation recommendation service (hereafter "Recommendation") or on-line sweepstakes.   "Sponsor" means an individual or a legal entity, " Sponsor" includes any 3 rd party entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control where "control" means (a) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (b) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares or beneficial ownership of such entity.   The term "Product(s)" shall mean all services provided by Sponsor, as they may be modified from time-to-time by Sponsor.   The term "Profile(s)" shall mean the complete information provided by You and sent to Sponsor. Such information shall include, but is not limited to; contact person, postal address, email address, telephone number(s), financial Information, budget, and destination.

GEOGRAPHY: Due to the nature of the Territory, VacationTree' non-exclusive geographic boundary includes without limitation the entire world.

TERM: This Agreement shall become effective once You utilize the VacationTree website. The term of this Agreement shall be continuous, unless and until either party notifies the other in writing.

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES: VacationTree is and will hold itself out to be an independent entity and not an agent, partner or employee of You or any Sponsor. VacationTree reserves the right to maintain non-conflicting business relationships with any Customer, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

CONTACT INFORMATION: By visiting, using and submitting information to www.VacationTree.com, you are accepting the practices described in our complete Privacy Policy. We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and site registrations. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from 3rd parties with information on new products and services or upcoming events which are relevant to your industry or business. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us or 3rd parties with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events which are relevant to your industry. From time to time, we may use Your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

GENERAL TERMS: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada as they apply to a contract entered into and performed in that State.
